Normal Transfer of Residence

The following documents are needed:

• Duly filled in and signed personal Declaration ("Traitement en douane des effets de déménagement" form. 18.44).
• List of items in French, German or Italian.
• Permission to reside ("Permis de séjour") or request for same duly approved by Swiss Authorities.
• Rental contract or purchase act of the new Swiss residence.
• Official car-license of previous country. Similar license for motorboats and airplanes.
• Photocopy of passport.
