• Buildings designed in collaboration with security specialists to guarantee maximum security against unlawful entry or fire

• An alarm system connected to a surveillance company and the fire station on a 24/24 and 7/7 basis provides permanent protection against unlawful entry, fire and flooding.

• Extra checks outside office hours and at night with regular rounds carried out by surveillance personnel

• Storage areas equipped with water and fire detection systems and fire-fighting equipment, all of which is regularly checked by authorized specialist companies

• All entries into the archiving facilities are controlled and logged

• An air-conditioned room exclusively for storing IT and audiovisual data storage media

  Barcode management system: allows us to know the exact location of archives

• Anonymity of archive boxes: boxes are unmarked, apart from barcodes to identify your archives

• Random placement of archives: your boxes identified with barcodes are distributed randomly across our secure areas for greater confidentiality

• Authorizations: access to your archives by your employees is controlled by official authorization

• Limited access to storage areas: only our archivists are authorized to enter the secure premises

• Professional secrecy: our personnel recruitment process is based on very strict criteria

• Secure transportation: our vehicles can be sealed and some are equipped with alarms

• Specialised equipment: our non-identified containers for transportation can be sealed, and our packing boxes closed using self-adhesive security seals.
