Private zone
Each private storage cupboard, for the exclusive use of your company, has its own lock for which you may keep the key. You have direct access to your documents.
Group zone
You documents will be stocked in unlabeled boxes on mobile shelves. This is ideal for files that need to be accessed regularly.
Pallet zone
For the anonymous storage of archives that do not require frequent consultation.
Container zone
For storage of archives that are not consulted, or only very infrequently, such as permanent archives.
IT and audiovisual data storage media
We have a room on our premises that is dedicated to the storage of all kinds of IT and digitized data storage media. Our buildings in Carouge are designed to the Minergie standard - variations in temperature and humidity are small. Fluctuations are controlled daily.
The building materials have been selected to minimize any electro-magnetic risks.
Barcode management system
Our IT system has been specifically designed to ensure the most rigorous management of your archives at all times.

Your personalized inventory will facilitate your searches
We provide you with a detailed listing of your archives according to information on each document and using the assigned barcode.
Online access to your data
Thanks to our computer program, we can offer you the possibility of consulting your inventories online via secure connections, and make requests for deliveries or disposals, edit your reports and examine the back-data on movements of your archives.
Internal management of archives
Using our IT programme we can set up an effective management system for the archives you wish to keep on your premises. A detailed inventory will allow you to find all your documents very quickly.
